I have been struggling with Debt Rescue to get a refund payment from one of my creditors (Altech Auto Page) for the last 3 months and up until today I still have no feedback from any of the consultants that has been helping me, everyday I have to contact them but i'm not getting anywhere. On the 23/04/2019 i left a message for the call center manager to call me back, I have not received a call back and its already the 24/04/2019, I have been dealing with Lucy and Mpho as Phumzile the consultant that has been handling my query since 3 months ago is on leave. Please note that this account has been paid up on the 01/06/2018 and i have the paid up letter as well as the statements that they have been receiving payments since June 2018 up until Jan 2019. The service I'm currently receiving from Debt Rescue is pathetic as they are there to assist me but but they not and what surprises me is that Altech Auto Page has been handed over to the Nimble Group which is also a debt review company and these two companies cannot work together to sort out my query.
