Creditor court ordered taken off account

Rethink if you consider Debt Rescue to apply for debt review. If you send an email, be ready to get an answer in 2-3 weeks. The outstanding balances per creditor is never correct or regularly updated. I had 6 creditors listed. My Rage account was one of them. This weekend I went onto Clear score and saw that Rage was an open account and according to me it should have been settled as I only have one creditor left and it will be paid up in the next two months. I called Rage only to find out that the last payment by Debt rescue was 2018!!! The lady emailed me my account, there are hundreds of Rands of interest billed on the account. Why should I pay the interest if Debt rescue did not do their job??? What gives them the right to take Rage of my account if it was part of the court order??? If I did not investigate when would I have known about the account that was not paid in years???
