Continous dissappoint after calls from creditor

I have been contacted once again by my credit provider and was jnformed that my debt counsellors shiukd have told me that the debt review offer was declined.I am surprised and dissappointed by the incompetence that is continually displayed by this team as they have failed me and my family amd we might stand to lose a prooerty because of them. After endless calls,texts and emails my problem is still not being resolved and the debt review programme is a whole nightmare more for me.I regret going under debt review
