CONFUSED CLIENT
I have been receiving statements monthly, keeping track of my balances. now this is supposed to be my last month and all of a sudden there's an account I owe (Which had zero balance months back). I sent emails, called but no-one seems to be bothered to respond to me and explain all this. They are always quick to respond but nah not this time.
I am very disappointed and hurt because I was so happy that finally i will be debt free.

We apologize for the frustration caused.
It's important to keep in mind that the balances on a payment statement is not real time balances and should be treated as estimations. a Debt Review company is not linked to any creditors that can always have the correct outstanding balances on the system. Updated balances is received in the beginning of the debt review application where the creditors would forward all the balances and the interest rates. Systems will be updated accordingly, it does happen that the creditors add small admin fees and to the accounts that a system does not add and that is also causing the balance differences. Balances at the creditors is always the correct balance.
Regular balances updates on clients accounts due to the reason that the more updates done on the balances the higher the possibility that the creditors will not receive payments as per the court order granted. This could lead then to termination and legal action. And we do try to avoid this. Debt Rescue Team
