Complaint not resolved!!! Loan balance increasing instead of decreasing!!!
I have been under debt review with Debt Rescue for about 5 years.
I have noticed my Standardbank loans/credit balances are still high when compared to my other loans from different creditors.
Furthermore, one of my standard bank loans have a balance of R58000 and is rising each month. This loan was initially about R30000-R40000.
It has been almost 2 months since I have asked debt rescue for an explanation.
I am still waiting and am disappointed with their poor service.
Debt Rescue, you better have an explanation and resolution to this mess ASAP.

I received a call from a Phumzile 3 weeks ago...our call got cut due to poor signal and never heard from her again.
Debt Rescue’s customer service is as bad as they come.
I’m still waiting for a resolution to my problem...contact me asap
