Clearing my debt review - Debt Rescue

I would like to thank Debt Rescue Kempton Park for the help over the past 5 years or so. It worked for me and all my troubles were sorted out. The only compliant I have is that it is since March 2019 that I have tried to clear the debt review judgement against me but without any luck. I have paid my monthly fees so Debt Rescue got their money but now it feels like nothing is happening. I am working in West Africa and do not have the means to contact MTN, Vodacom and FNB to obtain the clearance letters. The consultant's attitude is that she can do nothing about it and its up to me.

Can somebody out there give me advise on the next stes I should take.
