Clearane certificate struggle

I've been struggling with getting my clearance certificate from April 23 as debt rescue did not receive all paid up letters. I phone some third parties to ask for paid up letters. Waisting my money to get information which I'm already paying for, I just feel I paid admin fees every month , for what? They are not assisting me. How did they stop paying the companies if they did not receive paid up letters. I would think they should have asked for balance when they stop the payment. They seriously needs to work of their customer service.

I'm on the point of paying a different company to assist me to cancel my debt review and will never advise someone to make use of debt rescue.
