Clearance Certificated not issued after 4 months

I Joseph Lipholo has since fast forward my payments with the aim to clear my record as soon as I could, meaning I took a lumpsum of money and paid off my accounts, then notified Debt rescue September 2021, it is now January 2022 and they haven't issued me with a clearance Certificate that is suppose to take 3 weeks after they have received all the paid up letters which they did confirm that they did. The reason behind this is that after clients pay off the debt then we are no longer of any business or profit to Debt Rescue so their aim is to assist new customers to fulfill the aim of the business which is bring in the money, So more debt rescue employees are allocated to assisting with new applications and the old clients like me who have paid up are left stranded and complaining. So if you go for debt rescue, you are on your own.
