CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE REQUEST NOT BEING ATTENDED
Two weeks ago I sent paid up letters for my 3 accounts and i requested that they issue me with a clearance certificate . To this date nothing has been done.

03 Nov 2020, 08:08Thank you Matseliso Mbule , Debt rescue kemptonpark & Ashnie Naidoo for the 5***** service.
After waiting for two weeks to get my clearance certificate and it was not forthcoming. I complained here on the 2 November 2020 , within minutes Ashnie Naidoo contacted me to inform me that my complaints has been noted and she will escalate it to the relevant department for an intervention. By the end of business yesterday Matseliso Mbule sent me my clearance certificate .
I thank you guys for the best service you have afforded me and may you give it to others.
Finally my journey with debt counseling is over. Debt rescue , Kemptonpark is the best.
