Clearance Certificate - Experian

I paid my last instalment at the end of April, glad to finally be debt free and my itc to be updated, well almost 3 months later my itc report has not been updated on my credit history. I keep calling experian to find out what’s the delay and told twice that debt rescue have sent the emails to the incorrect email addresses which I have now given them twice. Seems there’s no urgency on their side because I am no longer a client or paying for a service. I have emailed and called debt rescue numerous times and not one person answered my call or responded to my email in the “clearance department” I managed to speak to another consultant who then told me she would send my clearance certificate to experian and I asked to be copied in. The email has still not been sent..this constant following up on my side with no assistance is really frustrating!!!
