Careful when trying to settle
Be very wary before going with Debt Rescue. Everything is fine until you want to settle an account. Endless headaches and wasted airtime on phonecalls for nothing. Funds have been distributed to a closed account now for 2 months and no matter how many emails I send or phone calls I make, nothing gets done. The account was settled and confirmed by Debt Rescue that it's been settled yet every month I still see it on my profile and funds still get distributed to it.

23 Dec 2020, 10:50It has now been a week and a half and countless "escalations" and yet funds are still getting distributed to an account that has been closed OVER 2 MONTHS AGO! Nobody seems to know what is going on and I'm left having to solve the problem by calling every other day.
