CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NONE

I don't understand how these people can go from top excellent service when i app**** for debt review to absolutely none service when asking for settlement amounts, paid up letters and a clearance certificate. They claim that creditors take 10 - 15 days to send documentation, funny enough I asked my amounts and letters self and only waited max 5 days each time. Somebody at debt rescue is sleeping or just not doing the job. I send ALL the paid letters I received to 3 different e-mail address, and still now suddenly they still waiting for 3. This I also send to them. After they receive it then my file will be escalated / referred for a clearance certificate review. Today it's 1 month since i start asking for amounts to pay, which i later obtain myself, then asking for paid up letters, that i also obtain self because there was NO response from debt rescue. Unfortunately i cannot obtain the certificate myself, I believe they know this so they will drag this as long as they want just to show me f#@k you. For any person who want to apply for debt review, just because of the bad service I received in the last month my advise will be STAY AWAY!!!!
