Cancellation of Debt Review / Requesting a Clearance Letter

I app**** for debt review back in 2013 and after getting advice from a colleague at the time. I was advised to withdraw my debt review application within 4 days after I had app****. So the consultant from debt rescue sent me a withdrawal form of which I submitted at the time. Fast down 10 years later I apply for an overseas job and get told that I passed my interview but they can’t offer me am the position because I am under debt review which will hamper any visa application process. I have been sent from pillar to post with regards to getting a clearance letter from debt rescue as one of their consultants said to me we need your paid up letters. That time I was never debted by debt rescue not have they paid any of my creditors. I am now stuck between a rock and a very hard place. I would not advice anyone to take up this option more especially with this company. Debt rescue has cause me my life!
