Cancellation and debit block

I cancelled my application and still waiting for the feedback, got debited and when I wanted to do reversal as I am paying my own accounts, they put a block on my account and it is causing me to get charged rejection fees on my debits as I thought it was cancelled, and now I am struggling to get a hold of them to remove the block so I can get my money back to do my payments! No phones working and email will only help withing 2-5 business day, which I cannot wait for as I need this sorted out today.
