I would like to give a big thank you to Hannelie Stander Debit Order Clerk - Payments & Defaults Management and Shirley Brooks Legal Clerk – Legal Department. I was so afraid to start with dept rescue last year.. But these two ladies assisted me in every way and made sure everything is order. Every mail I send I received an immediate response and feedback. Everything ran smoothly,, all the admin work all the calls and the mails. I knew step by step what is going to happen and how it is going to happen. My dept was granted today and I can breath again, After dealing with Hannelie and Shirley I feel so much more at ease about everything.
