Your service are pathetic. I was told by the counsellor that your bussiness is to help me regain financial stabillity . She promised me that Debt Rescue would protect my rights and I will keep my assets. This was a lie!!! No communication!! No follow up!! No counselling after a yr of 2 in the process!! No legal attorneys on the payroll!! Only departments with admin people that shunts you from left to right without logging info on the system!!! Debt Rescue - your pathetic service has cost me my salary. My car which I have been paying with blood sweat and tears after my fiance died for 10 yrs already and over R450 000 on has been taken without ANY NOTICE - BECAUSE DEBT RESCUE, THE COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSE TO LEGALLY PROTECT MY CONSUMER RIGHTS AS PER COURT ORDER - YOU DO NOT CARE AND PASSES THE BUCK ALL THE TIME!! Wesbank point blank disregarded all legal processes that was put in place. You as my debt counsellor NOT ONCE acted to protect my rights under the credit act.

I am about to loose my work because I do not have a vehicle. I havd had to move my son from his friends and life to go live with his grans parentx because I can not take him to school. I have had a nervous break down and had to undergo medical treatment. I am going to report what has happened to me to the Nationsl Credit act regulator and Ombudsman. You have grossly mismanaged my account and this has cost me my livelybood. I am proceding with legal action against Debt Rescue and you will be held responsible for my assets lost, income lost and emotional distress.
