Bigger headache and no peace of mind whatsoever....

I am now going on month 5 with Debt Rescue. Four debit orders have gone off my account already. 5 weeks ago, I had debt collector and Sherriff knock on my door to collect my vehicle. My vehicle account which was included in application. Consultant, Lucy, on 6 October 2021 mention that the vehicle creditor, has been paid. She also eluded to the fact that there was a judgement on this account, but they requested proof of such from the bank which according to Lucy was never provided by the Credior, hence with no proof I was never made aware of this. So i had no idea that there was a judgement or that the this was coming.

After this very traumatizing experience I requested some assistant, not only did I ask for some guidance in terms of my steps forward, where do I go from here, I also requested for 17.1 and 17.2 forms, proof that the my creditors have been notified that I have have now enrolled myself into debt counselling. I am still waiting for correspondence on what to do now that my vehicle was collected and I have no transport and I am paying for the vehicle with Debt Rescue. now more than a month that my vehicle has been collected, I still have no answers, no form of transport and no understanding of the status of my account. Lucy had mentioned she would chat to her team leader and get back to me. I have not received any help, guidance or proof of 17.1 or 2. I had to call back and try and get an update, the network was so bad, they called back twice and then sent an email, an email where Debt Rescue basically told me, there is nothing they can do, as they are now a 3rd party. Simply put this is not good enough, money is being taken off my account every month. I have appointed Debt Rescue to assist me with the very stressful process and yet i have no peace of mind with this process or Debt Rescue. I have had no feedback on the status of the account, I am still receiving calls from creditors, harassing me and I don't know what's next, who else is going to come and collect even after i am told my creditors are being paid?

Every time I try and get in touch with Debt Rescue, I am met with the excuse of 'we are experiencing high call volumes'. I put my trust in you as the professional in this line of work, in helping me but it seems I have a bigger headache than before.
