Would like to give a BIG thank you to Marlize van Wyk. Always helpful, and never a problem to answer a query or assist with a problem. her first encounter with me was not pleasant, as I was very unhappy about some things related to my account, but from my first words with her, she set my mind at ease, explained everything, and kept me in the loop as my account progressed. I am now done with everything, and must say my whole mindset changed, and all because of her. Keep up the good work, you make a very stressful experience, bearable. and that's something money cant buy. Respect.
