Beyond poor service and not even worth 1 star rating!

I dont want to give a star because they dont deserve it. Its been more than 2years that we are fully paid up and still we battle to clear our name, which we already paid them to do. Every single time we call they give us the same story. We are waiting for the Creditors to send us the paid up letters. Emails has been send numerously but still nothing. The sad part is that they make promises they cant keep. We got another company to clear our names but thats a additional R6000. Why must we paid for another company when we already paid them. THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR!!
