ebt Rescue Team is failing me again to provide feedback of my application . I have been sending your office emails requestion the out come of my application which i was told it will be presented on the 29/June 2016, Your office confirmed that the application takes 5-10 working days to provide feedback and today is the 18/07/2016 still no one willing to give me an answer.
I'm very much dissapointed by the lack of trust and customer service within this organisation organisation
