Bad very bad service after 2 years

I agree 1st they signed me up just after I made an enquiry so then since 2016 I have paid and paid and paid and everytime I phone they tell me "we will investigate and phone you back shortly" never ever did they phone me back as promised I have accounts that is being paid for almost 2 years now, and the outstanding balance is still exactly the Same, the creditors phones me, and and and, I am done with this. I still dont have the required documents due to their incompetence. They made a mistake twice already which delayed the process. I just spoke to the lady there and said I am done talking asking and begging pleading etc. Worst people I had to deal with ever!!!!! Poor service from beginning to the end!
