BAD Services
I am so disappointed in them. We had a good start but know that we almost finished with our account the service we receiving from them is up to ......... We are trying know for more than 2 months to find out how far is the account. According to the paperwork it will be end of December 2020 but we just want to confirm. The sad part is NO ONE is giving answers. We are receiving refunds which we don't mind but why are there then still debtors that still needs to get paid? There are still accounts that still needs to get paid but they just don't give a dêm. They just paying the people who ever they want to. This service there at Debt recue went from FABULOUS to beyond poor.

Oh well, someone did phone back and that is where it ended. We once again receive a statement that once again shows that the wrong companies were paid, and not what companies, but those ones were already paid up by November 2019. My question is, where is all the money that was paid to these companies that were long time paid up? I am sorry but I will not wait another 10 days for feedback or answers. We are waiting for 3 months and still nothing. Really?
