Bad service, you are just a number to them

We got phone calls from absa vehicle finance about a outstanding payment, phoned and spoken to Bernice. She just kept saying that absa says everything is fine, absa says we are still under debt review. Did not follow up on the missing payment. Phoned numerous times to Bernice, same answer from her. Then one evening last week... Even though under debt review, with court orders intacted, Absa vehicle finance took nearly a R1000 from our bank account. Went to Debt rescue offices, fuming, and after phone calls to Absa, and us spending money we did not have to sent bank statements and id document, so that it can be flagged as under debt review.. Again (because according to Bernice its Absa fault for migrating.... But funny thing is Debt rescue migrated from the one payment company to Hyphen, so I do think blame is being shifted here) so that the refund could be done back into our bank account. A week later still no refund. Very frustrated we got Absa and the person that was spoken to, details from Bernice, as she is always to busy to follow up, we have to do her job for her. Phoned Absa and there was no Refund logged, really? Absa says there is only a note on the system that is quering why absa is phoning us, the client. So now Bernice is saying its Absa's fault... Agian. Christo also just told us yesterday he will follow up on this, BUT if he did do it, they could have found out that there was no refund loaded. You never get good service from Debt rescue.l, they just past the bucket from one lerson to the next. This is not the first time that stuff does not get paid or accounts suddenly dissapear from debt review. We were contacted by attorneys, when one of our account was not on Debt review anymore, because now listen, of the migration from 1 payment company to the next. Does this sound famil****? It takes us so much airtime to try and get to the source of the problem. The service is really bad from Debt rescue, you must pray that nothing goes wrong, because you will have to fix it yourself. As soon as we can we are cancelling our debt review, these people will leave a bad taste in Your mouth.
