Bad service when you reach the end....
It has been 2 months since i approached the complaints deparment, provided all information required and no response for 3 weeks... Tried calling in and advised whom the representitve is hower could not put me through to the correct department, pillar to post and eventually just cut the call.... Again this boils down being a faithfull client and now being forgotten and struggle to get to finalisation....
