BAD Service to Current clients
As a current client I am struggling to get hold of them. They don't reply to e-mails at all. I have a query that needs urgent attention and i would like to update my bank details.
Yet, they don't respond, they call you from such a bad line that i would prefer solving this via e-mail and then i also have it in writing.
