Bad Service Recieved

I thought I am going to swear at debt rescue for unacceptable and ridiculously bad service recieved

Then i just decided to write a review about my experience, i volunterily app**** for debt counseling with debt rescue, my account was handled fine from 2015 to 2017 until I found out that balances on my statements were a lie and my car was going to be repossessed, I stopped paying though debt rescue

Some of my accounts were fully paid by debt rescue, this year I managed to pay off all of the debts and ask debt rescue to get my clearance certificate, I gave them the paid off letters I had and a latest clear credit report,

Yhoooo, the not so nice refused to assist me, asking for all paid up letters even though I told tell they should have them as they paid off the accounts before I stopped paying through them and the was a clear credit report to prove I no longer owe anyone except my bond

I then changed the debt counsellor and as I type this, the flag was removed in 2 weeks and I am unless to apply for credit again

Just a warning to some of u, U will not be assisted by debt rescue, they will collect ur money and leave you even more miserable, I know someone close to me that suffered safe fate with debt rescue.

If u having same problem, just change ur debt counsellor and get assistance, unfortunately u will pay the other counsellor for their service, which is what u have paid debt rescue before
