Bad service only after becoming a client

My credit score has been negatively affected by following the debt review process with Debt Rescue. Emailed my debt counselor who has not rep**** at all with information as to why. Requested email communications to keep legal record of what was said, however Debt Rescue insists on communicating via phone calls. Debt Rescue happily took the bulk of my first two debit orders for fees so now I'm sitting with the mess and two months of back payments with my creditors...
