BAD SERVICE - NO INFORMATION PROVIDED ON ACCOUNT

I have been trying to get information from Debt Rescue for the past week with no assistance in order to finally be out of Debt Review. I have an old account that they stopped making payments on while I was still making payments through them. I am sent from pillar to post and the last person I spoke to to send me correspondence relating to the reason they stopped making payments was supposed to send me information on Wednesday still hasn't sent the email. All my other accounts have been paid up and letters forwarded to them. They are being as of little help as possible. The only account standing between me and a clearence letter is this account they are not coming forth with information on. And they don't seem to care. Their don't care attitude with regards to this is appalling.
