BAD SERVICE FROM DEBT RESCUE AND iDPA.

I'm under debt review for a few years already. In the beginning it went well and I received good support and service. Now I want to pay everything and get my name cleared at the credit bureaus, but it is as if support from Debt rescue vanished. They need 10 working days to get settlement amounts, why? If I want it earlier I must contact the creditor myself, why are there an amount distributed to them each month for nothing, free, mahala. Not necessary to do anything. The iDPA company handling the distribution is just as useless, apparently they only distribute the payment. Nobody just give me straight answers and directions on the way forward. I'm not asking for anyone to work till they drop dead, I'm just asking for a bit of client service. Every month my payment is done, every month they take their "cut", but now that I ask for some assistance it is just to much to do! I am utterly disgusted at the level of service received.
