Bad Service from Debt Rescue

6 years ago I went under Debt Review with Debt Rescue. After receiving my Clearance Certificate I went onto the different Credit Bureaus only to find out that during the period of 2018 to 2019 numerous accounts was not paid by the Debt Councillor as per arrangement and now it showed thataccounts was not paid for periods longer than 150 at a tome for months on end. Numerous complaints to Debt Rescue has still not resolved the issue. This really is very bad customer service and the Councillors just sent the same Clearance Certificate instrad of proof that the accounts was paid timeously by the to the bureaus. Thy were paid a fee for their work but is not honouring their commitment.
