Bad Service: follow up on previous complaint

Someone from Debt Rescue called but was suppose to follow the discussion as decided up in writing on the corrective action to be taken. Up to now I have receved no further feedback. Just again showing that I will be struggling with this issue without Debt Rescue getting involved in really resolving the issue.

When the gentleman phoned he did not even have looked at my profile to see what was the real issue on paper is. After a lengthy discussion I was promised that he will sent me a email back but after 5 days I still have not received any further communication.
