Bad Service

So Debt rescue calls me back just now, and the lady i spoke clearly does not seem to know what letter is still outstanding. 1st they say they are waiting for Absa paid up letter, then Std bank, and i ask are you sure, and then after the 3rd time they say Oh they are waiting for FNB. I had to put the phone down, she keeps on talking over me every time i ask a question, after i asked her 3 time: is she sure it is the Std bank letter they are waiting for, and she said yes, and i know for sure that the std bank letter was send (by me) to debt rescue and they received it, and it is only the fnb letter still outstanding. why must i talk to someone if they don't even have the correct information on the system? Why can't Debt Rescue not sort out this query with FNB and get it over and done with.

So on Friday i received an email from Debt Rescue. what frustrates me is that they do not answer all my questions i have. I have so many unanswered questions and all they can say is we will follow up, or this or that. On Friday i was told that they received the Standard bank paid up letter. But what happened to the email i sent them on 16/7/2020 with the Standard bank Paid up letter? Why was it not added to the system them? There was a query from FNB regarding the last paid up letter which is such a struggle to get, but since no one is giving me any feedback, and Debt Rescue confirming they are waiting for the last paid up letter, i will them assume that query was sorted out. I am really frustrated with Debt Rescue, this was not the service i received in the beginning, now it feels like they will just take their time in finalizing my thing.
