bad service
they deducted my debit order before my salary date taking money out of my account that i really needed to use. No one is willing/able to assist me after numerous follow ups and promises of a call back. i signed a debit order mandate for a specific date and they had no right to take money out of my account beforehand. Sadly not my first negative review or challenge with this debt councilor.
