Bad service @Debt Rescue
I'm struggling to get a clearance certificate. Customer service keeps providing different time lines from a few days, 10 working days to 6-8 weeks. There is zero urgency in assisting existing customers compared to when they want to secure a new client. I'm beyond disappointed, service is very poor. Customer service provides general responses instead putting one through to the relevant department to assist

20 Jan 2021, 10:18Ashley the complaints resultion consultant contacted me and said my query will be escalated to management for quicker outcome. Later got an email from Fatima KALANGA from the clearance department saying they awaiting 2 paid up letters from my creditors. I took it upon myself to get the letters in 2 days because the lead time said on emails was 2 weeks if not mistaken. Debt rescue is very prompt to respond when they have pending documents. Now that they have all paid up letters no one is taking my calls nor responding to my emails. Consultant from clearance is FATIMA KALANGA, I've been sending emails to her and the clearance department and no one is responding. Left messages for her to call back but still today she he hasn't bothered to respond to any of my emails or return my calls. Your service is frustrating to say the least. Why should I be charged a service fee for assistance yet I had to call creditors with my own money to get letters you should've requested and made sure you got, and the one account was paid up in 2019 yet you didn't have the paid up letter. I Why should I follow up when all documents required were submitted? Why do clients have to push for service paid for? Can I get my clearance letter today.
