Bad service and arrogant staff and to add the cherry on the top, breaking the law!!!

I have been struggling with debt rescue for more than a month to get my contract completed. The consultant was very eager to push me to sign the debit order form to get debited on 05/08/2020 for my first installment, only to find out that I am not on the debt rescue system, I have not been activated and they were not happy with the documents I sent and my debt process has not started yet ? How ? How do you debit me if the process is not completed. I over and over requested that a manager call me to only get an email from a consultant telling that I have to follow the process ???? WHAT !!! A 22 day process ??? I am almost sure that Debt Rescue broke the law by debiting me before the contract was completed. I will be taking my case to the CPA and Ombudsman for advice.
