BAD SERVICE

I was under debt review with Debt Rescue and are in the clearance process now but a month ago I have send them an email requesting an answer on one of my accounts which was over the 15 years old and which I totally forgot about and did not had any payment arrangements with or nothing and I did not include that account in my application but Debt Rescue included it in my payment plan but they should have seen that this is a prescribe debt over 15 years old already but still they let me pay for it. I emailed them requesting an honest answer why it was included and if it should not have been included if they can pay me my money back but no one comes back to you and I have send several emails to several email addresses and no one gives a damn to answer you.

I am still awaiting a reply from anyone at Debt Rescue regarding the prescribed Saampro Debt which was included in my payment plan which I did not put on my application form. I want to know why a 15 year old loan was included in my payment plan if I did not put it on my application. If I did not need to pay a prescribed loan account from 15 years back why did Debt Rescue let me pay for it. I want an answer or at least some sort of compensation but no one really cares to come back to me with an answer and this is so unacceptable. Have send emails and emails and not even Hello Peter helps because they just do not care. Can anyone from Debt Rescue please give me an answer why a prescribed loan of 15 years was included in my payment plan please and if it was a mistake can someone please tell me what the next step will be.
