Bad Service

I have an outstanding query with them which they need to resolve. It has been a month now and no one gets back to me. Multiple emails have been sent, chat support says it has been escalated and someone will phone me back, no one ever phones me back. No one answers my emails.

Phoning gets you transferred to somewhere where no one answers.

So unless you have debt to pay off and they taking money from you, they are not helpful in any shape or form.
