bad service

Good afternoon

Not happy with service that my wife has been getting from this DC.

She has undergone DC for years and she always enquired with this DC how long is she left with and how much is outstanding.

She was promised that the last payment will be in May but you called and said there's outstanding balance after May and she continued to pay.

You have sent statement last year December showing FNB over draft is R 1253.17 and credit card R 1626.37

Now they can't issue clearance certificate saying that there's R29000 owed to FND current account what for?

Why there was no proper communication
