Bad Service

I decided to use Debt Rescue as they seemed to know what they were doing. My problems started with the Covid Lockdown,, couldn't get a payment holiday as my car payment was in arrears, this after I had paid Debt Rescue every installment for two years, today I get a call from Wesbank asking for a letter from my employer as well as how was I intending catching up on the arrears on my car payment. Why do I pay Debt Rescue every month, is it not so that they can deal with my creditors, I have never missed a payment and have always stayed in contact with them to find out what my options are.

Very disappointed in their service. My monthly premium is very high and I am battling but I still pay every month
