Bad Rescue

HAVE HAD A DEBT REVIEW ACCOUNT FOR 3 YEARS NOW. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH DEBT RESCUE SINCE MARCH/APRIL 2020 TO SORT OUT MY CREDITORS. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAYING MY CREDITORS ACCURATELY AND DECIDE. In the first lockdown I ask for payment relief and cc my debtors as well just to find that one was already settled the other I settled myself but money was "distrubuted" to 3 paid up accounts. I have laid a complaint with the NCR Then they told me there is money due back to me...... Still waiting.. They are scrambling around trying to find loop holes Today I received a spreadsheet showing the 3 paid up accounts still due...!!!! And in march they showed as paid up!!!!! I havve emailed the settlement letters numerous times Will not reccomend them
