Bad or rather no customer service

firstly - false advertising, their website is saying 3-5 years, but you end up with 8-9 years without anyone highlighting this to you, I might as well just went ahead and sold my house. no proper client service or feedback, still waiting to hear when I will be finished paying. Some creditors are charging more interest than what was agreed upon, nobody is looking at this. I'm really highly disappointed, there are no aftercare or anything, after you signed its a real struggle dealing with them

Good day.

We understand your frustration and concerns.

The length of time that debt review lasts is not one-size-fits-all as it varies from person to person based on several factors.
The aggregate amount of debt you owe is a primary determinant of your time under debt review. A larger debt sum will typically require a longer repayment period.

As soon as there is a vehicle or bond involved the creditors will increase the terms of the credit agreements when they have a look at the affordability that was used to work out the debt review premium

But should it happen that the terms on the unsecured debt does not solve within the 60 months the creditors can extend the terms to accommodate the client .

We believe we have provided you with feedback previously on this matter but one of our consultants will contact you with urgency and solve this matter.
