Bad feedback received with complaints and progress with corrections.

Still having the same issue with DebtRescue, I had a major problem with the payments going to FNB. No correspondance is being received after the first complaint. There was some assistance but then no one is proving any feedback or providing any indication of when the issue will be sorted out.

FNB said it is busy allocating the funds, but someone from Debt Rescue needs to check that they did the correct thing, and it feels like I am going to loose somewhere because no one with knowledge is following up onto what FNB is doing. This is a major red flag. I am very unhappy with the service.
