Bad Experience

I have recently just my debt counselling journey last year. As I'm researching, Im noticing(by law) that after care fees are charged at 5% or capped up to R450. My statement shows an amount of R517,50. How does it arrive to that?

And furthermore, I have excluded some asset from this account but no adjustments are being made for the credit protect policy. I keep sending out emails to be briefed and they all just ignore me.
