Bad customer service

I have been sending emails and made numerous phone calls and 6 months later a settlement amount, which is less than R100 has still not been paid to a creditor. I receive emails stating it has been settled, but it has not. Debt Rescue are an absolute nightmare, very quick to take your money but their statements do not make any sense and their customer care is non existent.
