Bad Customer Service by Debt Rescue

I'm under debt review with debt rescue, however for the last 3 months I've been receiving call from my creditors stating my accounts are in arrears and need to make urgent payments, when I call Debt Rescue or sent then emails I don't get the service I'm paying for, instead their auto email reply will acknowledge your email from there no one will come back to you or call call you...
