Bad customer service

This is, hands down, I'm irks disgruntled customers. When staff communicate badly, keep people waiting or fail to resolve issues, it falls under the umbrella of sucky customer service. My experience has been bad from day 1 with this company.They do not care for their customers need, I have been running around in circles for a refund to be processed. When I follow up being told that my ticket has been closed without any resolution. I am angry and vulnerable, as I am not getting any direction on this matter even after I request that this be treated with urgency. Still no feedback nor a call
