BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
They took my monthly installment at the end of this month, but they never paid my bond. The bank keeps on phoning me to find out why it was not paid and has levied over R2000 penalty on. I have been trying since 24/06/2022 to get feedback from them. We have send numerous emails and made phone calls but no one is coming back to explain why the bond was not paid.

Due to a system error the Home Loan account did not receive payment from April. On calling Standard Bank speaking to Ntombi the arrears amount is R5795.00 the balance on this account is R563 411.00. Please note the funds of R5632.94 will be allocated to your budget, therefore reducing your instalment with Debt Rescue. You are not taking another cent from me. I want debt rescue stopped.
i joined you to cover my car and my house and you could not even do that.
I need explanation as to when my bond for May and June will be paid.
Not end of July, who is liable for the interest??? an the penalty, still you are ignoring that question as well.
I need urgent feedback, I WILL NOT BE PENALISED AND THREATENED BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE YOU MADE.
I am giving you an hour then I am taking this further.

you are just ignoring all my mails.
Either you pay the money back to me that you took for the bond or you pay the bond TODAY AND SEND ME THE PROOF OF PAYMENT.
I see this as theft.
I was never informed that you are not paying the bond, all the statements I received the bond was part of since last month apparently you decided not to make payment or inform me that you are not making payment.
Now you respond with the money TODAY or the proof of payment into my BOND TODAY.
or this will even be escalated further.

Now I am not able to pay my bond my credit score is suffering even more and Debt Rescue does not care at all. They are just not responding to any mails
