Bad communication.

I sent through all paid up letters via email and the online ticket process and got no response. I had to call myself and got told my process would start once i have sent through my paid up letters AGAIN. I still haven't received word if they have received the documents or if they starting the process. Funny part is i paid my creditors myself.
