BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wanted to go under debt review , as recommended by a colleague I started with Debt Rescue . Still in the beginning of the process , before all documents were signed and accepted I emailed the company to cancel , phoned them numerous times with no success. 3 months later I am still waiting for a call back or return email , only get told someone will phone me back . This is awful. No customer service whatsoever.
