Bad after service on clearance request

Submitted all info to clearances on 1/7/22, followed up on 4/7/22 was transferred three times spoke to three different people. Was told that it takes 7 working days for a response. 10 working days later no email, no sms, no phone call. Today phoned in twice and was transferred to five different people and was told that they will send an email to the last person we spoke to. This is terribly after service. They are quick to get their fee's but yes the proof is in the after-service and there is no after-service,
